The Little Box of Motivation: your wake-up call, mid-morning pick-me-up and afternoon slump saviour all in one portable kit

WAKE UP CALL

MID-MORNING PICK ME UP

Our natural circadian rhythm makes us sleepy between 1-3 pm. And when we were all WFH, a mid-afternoon nap was a great way to recharge our batteries. That’s not going to be as possible in the future, so you might want some other ways to invigorate your system. One of the best ways is to drink more water and eat fewer carbs at lunchtime. Plus, if you can, sitting outside for ten minutes in the sun can also reset your internal clock.
