Local small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in the Rochford District are invited to apply for The Elevation Lab, a free business leadership accelerator designed to help business owners and managers accelerate growth, strengthen leadership skills and embrace innovation.

The programme is part of the Innovate & Elevate Rochford District initiative, delivered by Let’s Do Business Group (LDBG) in partnership with Rochford District Council, and funded through the UK Shared Prosperity Fund (UKSPF).
The Elevation Lab offers a powerful blend of strategic learning and personalised support, giving participants access to more than £2,000 worth of high-quality professional development completely free of charge. Over four weeks, participants will attend in-person workshops covering innovation, finance readiness, marketing for growth and effective pitching, plus bespoke mentoring and ongoing business support.
