The New Homes Division of leading estate agency Beauchamp Estates have experienced a record start to 2022, listing over £500 million (GDV) of new homes sale instructions, in locations that include London, Birmingham and Liverpool.

The latest wins by the Beauchamp Estates New Homes Division include The Chimes, Westminster, London (39 units); The Pembridge, Notting Hill, London (19 units); Brook Green, Kensington/ Hammersmith, London (39 units); Tobacco Warehouse, Stanley Dock, Liverpool (550 units) and Southside Apartments, Central Birmingham (40 units), which have a combined sales value of over £500 million (GDV).

This latest crop of successes follows wins for the Team in 2021 that included the prestigious One St John’ Wood development by Regal London, One Queen Anne’s Gate in Westminster, Fitzjohns Avenue and Belle Vue both in London’s Hampstead, and King Court, Canary Wharf.

His successful track record at bringing new schemes to market, including Beaufort Gardens, Oceanic House, Gatti House, Bina House and mixed-use scheme Islington Square, made him the natural choice to set up the division and spearhead its development and growth.
