Those considering the purchase of used electric vehicle (EV) will have the opportunity to test drive dozens of the latest in-demand models from a range of popular brands at Everything Electric North, being held at the Great Yorkshire Events Centre on Friday 8 and Saturday 9 May.

Big Motoring World is sponsoring the event’s ‘EV Test Drive Experience’ and will bring a wide range of used EVs for visitors to explore and drive, including models from BMW, Toyota, Lexus and Omoda, among others. The car supermarket will also have EV experts on hand (stand A40) to provide attendees with useful guidance and advice on finance options and how to choose the right plug-in car for their lifestyle and budget.

Stuart Porro, Head of Content at Big Motoring World, will lead the ‘Live EV Tour’ product review sessions (11:15am and 3:00pm on 8 May, and 10:30am and 2:15pm on 9 May), and join a panel discussion addressing common misconceptions about EV ownership (9:30am on 9 May).

Big Motoring World typically has over 8,250 used vehicles in stock at any one time across its 10 nationwide sites. In 2025, it was the largest retailer of used EVs in England, with over 1,200 retail-ready EVs available to drive away the same day.
