Lanvin Summer 2027 Women’s collection

Browse By

For Summer 2027, Peter Copping reveals more of the Lanvin woman, through a collection shaped by sensuality, geometry, and playfulness. Presented at the Opéra Bastille, the soft and monochrome silhouettes create a striking contrast with the building’s brutalist surfaces.

The season draws on multifaceted women who have shaped art, culture and fashion, from historical figures to contemporary voices, such as Georgia O’Keeffe and Tina Chow.

Menswear codes are softened through supple fabrics and elongated proportions. A sharp tuxedo jacket morphs into an elegant full-length coat dress, reformulating a timeless classic
.
Feminine basques, crafted in nappa leather and mirror-embroidered organza, layer over dresses, alongside plastron collars, evoking the idea of custom-made garments. Solid black and white are interrupted by playful touches of colour, creating unexpected points of contrast while suggesting a woman fully at ease with her surroundings.

Sheer panels and translucent materials create moments of openness, their delicacy balanced by the richness of lace across tunics and dresses. Sensuality emerges through the interplay of skin, fabric and movement, echoed in the graphic lines.

Crepe sarouel pants, layered looks, and a statement knitted poncho, bring nomadic dressing to mind; the Lanvin woman seems open to adventure. For evening, a silver sequined gown brings a touch of drama, capturing the enchantment of the Lanvin atelier.

New horizons unfold as she lets us in a little more, sharing glimpses of her femininity and precious fragility.
