EARNT LAUNCHES IN MANCHESTER FOR THE FIRST TIME
EARNT – the initiative where kindness is both a virtue and a ticket to exclusive experiences – is launching in Manchester for the first time by partnering with leading bar and restaurant The Anthologist Manchester by Drake & Morgan (One St Peter’s Square). In exchange for tickets to Manchester’s first ‘eat what you see’ cinema-dining experience with Taste Film, EARNT is calling on public volunteers – from a range of professions – to donate their time to mentor young people on Wednesday 3rd July (5pm – 7:30pm) in association with StateTalking, a cause working to raise the aspirations of Manchester’s youth.
StateTalking was founded with the aim of connecting Manchester state schools with relatable role models, to encourage growth and mentorship. Together, Drake & Morgan and EARNT are calling on volunteers to give up their time to support StateTalking, talking about their career pathways and professional experiences to raise awareness of opportunities available in Manchester for young locals.
The EARNT system launched in 2021 and has been revolutionary in redefining giving in the 21st century, working with brands to encourage customers to give their time to good causes in order to access exclusive events, products and VIP experiences.
In return for volunteers’ time, each person who signs up to mentor on 3rd July will be rewarded with two tickets for an exclusive experience by Taste Film in Autumn 2024. Taste Film is one of London’s most in-demand dining events, which currently runs at Drake & Morgan venues in the capital. Taste Film is launching in Manchester for the first time in 2024 and volunteers will be rewarded with an exclusive screening.
CEO & Founder of Drake & Morgan, Jillian MacLean MBE, comments: “It’s fantastic to be working with EARNT again, this time at The Anthologist Manchester for their first project in the city, supporting StateTalking which broadens the horizons of Manchester’s future workforce. EARNT is a fantastic platform to drive this – encouraging our customers to do a good deed for a worthwhile cause in exchange for an exclusive Taste Film screening. I encourage anyone interested to sign up and donate their time.”
Those interested in volunteering on 3rd July (5pm – 7:30pm) should sign-up via EARNT here: https://earnt.co.uk/drake-and-morgan
Places will be allocated on a first come first served basis (the last activation had a waiting list of 450 for 50 spots).
This will be Drake & Morgan’s second collaboration with EARNT – continuing to ‘reinvent VIP’. Previous EARNT partners have included The River Cafe, Desmond + Dempsey, Design Hotels, Summerill & Bishop, Soho House, The Pelican, Mr Foggs, Conserving Beauty and The Olympic Cinema Group.
