Domino’s Cadbury Creme Egg available from TODAY- here’s an easy recipe you can bake at home for £4.90!

Domino’s has just announced you can buy a Valentine’s limited-edition Domino’s cookie stuffed with a whole gooey Cadbury Creme Egg from today (Monday, February 12).

While the cost of Domino’s cookies can set you back as much as £5.99 in the UK, the team at CasinoReviews have whipped up a recipe you can bake at home.

Even better so, the recipe only consists of two ingredients and costs a total of £4.90, £1.09 cheaper than Domino’s.

A spokesperson for CasinoReviews says, “The Cadbury’s Creme Egg is a classic sweet treat enjoyed worldwide, and placing it in the centre of gooey Domino’s cookies is the icing on the cake.

“However, just because this Domino’s dessert is limited-edition, it doesn’t mean you can’t continue to enjoy it all year round – and for a cheaper cost!”

Below, the team at CasinoReviews share their Cadbury’s Creme Egg home-baked cookie recipe, costing as little as £4.90.

Ingredients

Four Cadbury’s Creme Eggs, 40g- Poundland, two for £1.20 (£2.40 for four)

Milk Choc Chip Cookie Dough, 350g- Morrisons, £2.50

Recipe

Preheat the oven to a high heat of 280 degrees.

Split the cookie dough into four pieces and roll them into flat circles.

Place the four Cadbury’s Creme Eggs horizontally on top of each piece of cookie dough.

Fold the cookie dough pieces around the Cadbury’s Creme Eggs and shape them into a ball. Ideally, they still need to be thick to prevent spreading and stay gooey in the middle.

Place in the oven for four to five minutes- they cook quickly, so keep an eye on them!

Remove from the oven, and let them cool before eating while still warm and gooey.
