Croatia is currently showing the best epidemiological situation in the Mediterranean

Croatia has the most favourable epidemiological situation compared to competitors in the Mediterranean, the European Centre for Disease Prevention and Control (ECDC) has revealed showing a current average 14-day incidence rate of 33.7 per 100,000 inhabitants.

Croatia is a well-prepared destination and well-organised to accommodate a large number of tourists. Tourist workers are vaccinated to the level of 70 percent, and all tourists, if they wish, can be vaccinated in Croatia in the same places as the local population.

Several testing points have been set up to guarantee a stable epidemiological situation, and strict controls and surveillance are carried out along the entire coast in order to return the entire coast to “green” as soon as possible while the entire continental part of Croatia still “in green”.

At the moment, there are about 350 additional testing points throughout Croatia.

Travellers from the UK are required to also fill out the form available on entercroatia.mup.hr and have proof of paid accommodation booking.

The amendment to the list will be published on the CIPH (Croatian Institute of Public Health) website and will enter into force on Monday, July 26, 2021.
