A KATE Middleton lookalike says she will no longer appear with a lookalike Meghan – as it’s bad for business.
Heidi Agan, 41, who appears alongside Prince William lookalikes at parties and events, told GB News: “No, we don’t do the four of us now anymore, unfortunately. It is really, really sad that we only get to work sort of as a two now.
“I think we kind of prefer not to offend anybody actually in real life. And I don’t think it would work for us to have a spat because we do all get along.
“I spoke to the Harry and Meghan lookalikes yesterday; we’re all friends and we all get along. So, for me, it’s just really sad that we don’t all get to work together anymore.”
Speaking to Philip Davis and Esther McVey, the mother-of-two added: “Hopefully, somewhere, there is some reconciliation for them all because it is such a sad event, such a private family matter that’s now come out into the public.
“So, hopefully, for our sake as well, they can resolve some of their issues.”
Asked how she became a lookalike, she said: “It’s always somebody else that tells you look like somebody because you just see yourself.
“I was working at a restaurant and a lot of the customers wanted to be served by me or have a picture with me around the time of Kate and William’s wedding.
“It was a family friend who said to me, you know, you should try and do something with this, and I didn’t because I didn’t believe that lookalikes were a thing.
“I didn’t think that you could actually make a living looking like somebody else – turns out you can. So, I contacted an agent and got my first job four days later, and that was 10 years ago.
“I’ve been really lucky, really, really lucky with it.”
Asked if she had met Kate, she said: “The closest I got was when I took my children to Sandringham when Charlotte was christened, and my daughter did scream quite loudly at Prince George and he did sort of turn around and wave to us.
“That was the closest I got, but I’ve heard they know of us and think that we’re amusing, but I don’t think we’ll ever meet them.”
