Victoria Bath’s first Welcome Wednesday of the 2023 season will also see a milestone in the ongoing preservation of the Grade II* listed building when the newly restored Gala Pool doors are unveiled. After months of restoration work this will be the first chance to see them in all their glory, including the panels of stained glass that adorn the set of double doors that take you poolside to one of the grandest pool halls in the country.

The unveiling event will start at 12.30pm and include a speech from Elizabeth Sibbering, Managing Director. Restoration supporters including John Lucas, the Victoria Baths Stained Glass group, Volunteers, community guests, and VB trustees will all be attending. After the unveiling and speeches have taken place there will be an opportunity to speak to those involved in the project and take a complimentary guided building tour.

Welcome Wednesdays (11am to 3pm) take place weekly until Wednesday 27 September, with the whole building open for visitors, communities, families and individuals to use enjoy the spaces, work or play in the building, visit the café or go on a tour.
