Entrepreneur Nizam Patel established Greater Manchester-based Niz Cleaning Solutions just six years ago. The rapidly growing cleaning business provides office cleaning, end-of-tenancy and domestic deep cleaning plus specialist cleaning services in difficult environments such as automotive detailing and the education sector.

We talk to 23-year-old Nizam about how he has achieved such quick success.

“Niz Cleaning Solutions has grown so fast and from just me a couple of years ago, we now have close to 20 full-time operatives,” says Nizam Patel. “We’re only just over five years into our development and we don’t have much money or time, so we need to adopt only machines that are easy to use and above all consistently reliable.

“I was only 16 and still in full-time education when I started working in the cleaning industry,” says Nizam Patel. “My first experience of machines from Truvox International was when I was a cleaner at a shopping centre and I remember the Multiwash™ machine did such a great job, particularly in the washrooms.

“I decided to start my own cleaning business when I was 17 and initially focused on house cleaning.
