TRIGO Group announces the appointment of Laurent Tuleau as Vice-President Operational Excellence & Systems
TRIGO Group, the global provider of operational quality management and consulting solutions to the automotive, e-mobility, aerospace, rail and heavy transportation industries, announces the appointment of Laurent Tuleau as its Vice-President Operational Excellence & Systems. Laurent will apply his skills and experience in technical development and quality control project management to oversee the upgrading of continuous improvement processes in the Group’s international subsidiaries, as well as digitalization of its business solutions and tools.
In his 17-year career, Laurent Tuleau has demonstrated his ability to optimize production and central services processes. A graduate in mechanical and materials engineering from the Ecole des Ponts ParisTech, he began his career as a Materials Engineer at Safran Group subsidiary Snecma. His next role was as Quality Manager in a manufacturing plant, where he trained in the Lean-6 Sigma method, and obtained the Green Belt certification. He then joined Eurofins, first as Production Manager, and then as a Business Unit Manager, providing leadership for an operational unit serving customers in food service and retail. He also provided oversight for the company’s digital transformation.
Laurent joined the TRIGO Group in 2015 as Technical Development Manager France. Over the following four years, he applied his experience to intensifying our culture of excellence and digitalizing a number of business processes, with particular emphasis on purchasing. In 2020, he was appointed Group Quality and Operational Excellence Director with responsibility for rolling out the Group’s continuous improvement program in all its international subsidiaries. As a member of the Executive Committee, he will now also provide leadership for the digitalization of Group systems and solutions.
Laurent Tuleau has overall responsibility for operational excellence and digitalization at TRIGO Group.
