This Feeling and Scotts present REWIRED festival this weekend

New music champions This Feeling have teamed up with menswear specialists scotts to help kickstart the return of live music with this weekend’s inaugural Rewired Festival.

Coming to The Garage in London on Saturday and then the Brudenell Social Club in Leeds on Sunday, the festival is headlined by the rising riotous rock ‘n’ rollers The K’s alongside a killer line-up that also features Big Image, Rats, Shambolics, The Clause, Andrew Cushin, Dead Pony, The Velvet Hands, Estevans, Hourglvss, Flowvers, The Crooks, Crawlers, The Feens, Headshrinkers, Latenight Honeymoon, Louis & The Shakes, Cavalcade and Framatics.

Remaining tickets for the festival are available at the bargain price of just £12.

The Rewired Festival commences a frenetic schedule of live shows hosted by This Feeling and scotts as we emerge from the pandemic. From now until the end of the year, they’re set to put on another 200 This Feeling shows, primarily in grassroots venues, covering over 90 venues and 55 locations across the entire UK.

The schedule features the likes of Red Rum Club, The K’s, Bang Bang Romeo, The Crooks, Andrew Cushin, Saint Agnes and The Katuns.

This Feeling are experts when it comes to new music. Everyone knows it. Just ask Blossoms, Catfish and The Bottlemen, Gerry Cinnamon, The Struts, The Lathums and many more, all of whom have bagged first headline shows, first London gigs, first tours, first major festival slots or first radio plays via early support from This Feeling.

Since the start of the pandemic, scotts have invested over £100,000 into the new music scene, providing much needed income for artists grounded by lockdown. Working with This Feeling, scotts have booked countless artists for sessions filmed either at home or in local venues, organised a successful run of socially distanced Euro 2020 shows, and released the ‘Big in 2021’ double-vinyl compilation as well as a new take on The Farm’s classic ‘All Together Now’ to raise funds for the Music Venue Trust.

Mikey Jonns, founder of This Feeling, commented: “Thanks to scotts investment during the pandemic we’ve been able to massively support new emerging acts and show everyone what they are able to do while the venues were closed. We can’t thank them enough for the backing they’ve given both us & the bands. The pandemic has created a huge pent up desire for live music and we’re going to witness the rise of the great new guitar band scene again. Come and find your new favourite band at This Feeling!”
