This Easter, Terre à Terre, Brighton’s iconic vegetarian restaurant, invites guests to indulge with loved ones with the launch of its limited-edition Easter Feaster menu.

Perfect for those who like to enjoy abundance over the holidays, the Easter Feaster menu is the ultimate showcase of Terre à Terre’s unique flair and creativity. Suitable for tables of one to thirty guests, this sharing-style menu gives guests the chance to get a taste of all the restaurant’s most popular dishes, enduring that nobody will have food envy this Easter.

Priced at £48 per person, the Easter Feaster menu includes a selection of sharing tapas, as well as one side dish per person, creating the ultimate Easter feast. Comprising of six of Terre à Terre’s most-loved dishes, highlights include Better Batter – soft buttermilk-soaked halloumi in chip shop batter – Oishii Kinoko – Onigiri sushi rice with black sesame seed salt on a mushroom and fresh ginger, ume plum and tamari hash – and the Jonny Jolly Coconut Cake – a coconut and jalapeno Jonny Jolly cake served with a roast beetroot borani. Side dishes complete the feast, with favourites such as the O-live and let Live – deep fried olives with garlic, Twineham Grange cheese, panko, and lemon – and Truffled and Scrunched chips ensuring that nobody leaves hungry.

Of course, no Easter meal would be complete without a sweet treat, and the Easter Feaster’s sharing sweetie plate will be sure to satisfy even the sweetest of teeth. Wrapping up this decadent feast, the sharing dessert plate includes the delicious Snap, Crackle & Choc in a nod to the sweet treat of the season, along with Plump Polenta Orange Olive Oil Cakes for a moreish fruity moment, Mini Cinnamon Sugar Coated Churros with a chocolate salt caramel dipping pot, and Crème de Cacao Brandy Alexander milkshakes with blood orange sorbet and raspberry truffles for the ultimate indulgence.
