Theta Global Advisors admitted as an independent member firm to GGI Global Alliance

Theta Global Advisors – a leading accounting consulting firm and a specialist in deals, IPO support and complex technical accounting – has today joined the GGI’s trusted alliance as an independent member firm, further fortifying the firm’s cross-border deal, transactions and advisory ability. Today’s announcement serves as the latest in a series of milestone steps in Theta’s exponential growth trajectory, following a record number of industry leading hires and incredible growth in their deal support business since the pandemic alone.

With 2021 having proved to be a record year for IPOs, M&As and other deal structures in the wake of Brexit and post-pandemic recovery, Theta’s integration into the GGI community of firms provides the current top-heavy professional services arena with a viable, independent alternative to the big firm options.
