Carden Park’s gourmet restaurant, The Vines, has once again been awarded Three AA Rosettes in the AA Hospitality Awards 2025, reaffirming its position as one of the UK’s finest dining destinations.

Nestled within the heart of the Cheshire countryside, The Vines offers a refined and intimate gastronomic experience within the luxurious surrounds of Carden Park Hotel.

The AA’s inspectors noted that to achieve Three Rosettes, a restaurant must demonstrate “culinary standards that demand national recognition well beyond their local area.” Praise was given for the exceptional quality of ingredients, along with “consistently excellent timing, seasoning and the judgement of flavour combinations.” Service is described as intuitive and seamless, complemented by a thoughtfully curated wine list.

This accolade places The Vines within the top 10% of restaurants recognised by the AA, and is a testament to the dedication, skill, and passion of the entire team at Carden Park.
