A better-for-you sweet brand is bringing the joy back to spooky season, with bold, colourful doorstep transformations designed to celebrate families, fun, and community.
Wild Thingz, the rebellious new gummy brand shaking up the confectionery aisle, has launched a Halloween campaign inspired by parents themselves. After hearing how much families love Halloween but often feel overwhelmed by the planning, the brand decided to take action, creating magical Halloween door dressings that make it easy to bring the fun home, without the stress.
Each transformation features lush hanging greenery, black foliage and bright slime-green moss, surrounded by mini pumpkins, cobwebs and (of course) plenty of Wild Thingz sweets, including the brand’s Trick or Treatz boxes, complete with their signature slime-drip design. The Wild Thingz Halloween Door is designed to spark smiles, bring together the community and help parents reclaim the fun of the season without adding another job to the list. In the first of its door makeovers, the brand turned up at the home of South West London mum and influencer Heidi Skudder to give her front door a full spooky transformation, complete with creepy crawlies, cobwebs and plenty of Wild Thingz sweets.
“Halloween is such a joyful time for kids, but so often it ends up as yet another task for parents,” said Fliss Newland, founder of Wild Thingz. “We wanted to do something that felt a bit magical, something that says, ‘we’ve got this one covered.’ It’s one small way to lift the load and make people smile, which is always our goal.”
Following the success of the first few door transformations, Wild Thingz will be continuing to create Halloween magic across London and the South East, spreading their message that family fun shouldn’t come at the expense of parental overwhelm.
