Sustainable printing company, Brilliant Ink, partner with Manchester Foundation Trust Charity for Christmas.

UK based sustainable face mask company, Brilliant Masks are launching a new sister brand that specialises in customised clothing, called Brilliant.Ink.

From the people behind Manchester-based custom workwear company, Clothes2order, Brilliant Masks launched during the pandemic to create 100% UK made breathable and comfortable non-medical face coverings, with sales contributing to Alder Hey Children’s NHS Foundation Trust and Manchester Foundation Trust Charity. So far, the company has donated over £85k to NHS hospitals and charities combined.

The face coverings are available in both adult and child sizes and the company is aiming to become regarded in the UK as the nation’s leading non-medical face covering. And now the new brand, Brilliant.Ink, will be partnering with the Manchester Foundation Trust Charity for Christmas to provide a limited-edition range of festive printed t-shirts and hoodies.

Brilliant.Ink is a new easy to use t-shirt and hoodie printing website that helps individuals, small businesses, teams and groups stand out, with high quality, sustainable and vibrant custom logo and design printing. Brilliant.Ink will now be selling the official Christmas T-shirts and jumpers for the Manchester Foundation Trust Charity. The Charity raises funds for 10 NHS hospitals in the Greater Manchester area, including Royal Manchester Children’s Hospital.

Brilliant.Ink will be donating 25% of the sale proceeds to the Manchester Foundation Trust Charity.

Simon Turner, Marketing Director, comments on the partnership:

“We have been privileged to work with Manchester Foundation Trust Charity over the last two years across several initiatives which have helped raise valuable funds for the charity. As a Manchester based business many of our team have been touched by the great work the Hospitals do in the region and it is fantastic to be able to work together on the official Manchester Foundation Trust Charity and Royal Manchester Children’s Hospital Christmas range. We hope the products designed by the trust bring a smile to people’s faces and help raise lots for the charity in the coming weeks.

All the t-shirts and hoodies will be printed on demand using sustainable inks from the company’s state of the art Trafford Park HQ which is powered by renewable energy.”

The T-shirts and hoodies are available from the Brilliant.Ink website and also via the Charity’s Christmas Marketplace at mftcharitychristmas.org.uk/Christmas-marketplace/

Rachel Laycock, the Charity’s Senior Corporate Fundraising Manager, said: “It’s wonderful to have the support of Brilliant.Ink and all their customers this Christmas. The hoodie and T-shirt designs are so Christmassy and when I first saw the designs it really put me in a festive mood! We’re excited to have them available on our special Christmas website in our Christmas Marketplace section. The website includes a wide range of Christmas ideas which will support our work.

“Not only will this clothing be a great addition to anyone’s wardrobe, it will also help us to fund much-needed treatment, research and care projects across our family of NHS hospitals in Greater Manchester.”
