Stockport Homes and partner, Switchee shortlisted for Best Customer Impact
Stockport Homes Group, together with its partner Switchee, have been shortlisted for the Best Customer Impact category of the National Housing Maintenance Forum (NHMF) awards.
Both Stockport Homes Group and Switchee prioritise listening to tenants and amplifying their customers’ voices. ‘This nomination is particularly special to us as one of our core beliefs at Switchee is that the resident needs to be at the centre of decisions and developments in a property,’ Switchee states in a post on their social media.
Stockport Homes takes a similar approach, prioritising the voices of its tenants and working closely with several Customer Voice groups to ensure all tenants in Stockport Homes properties are heard and their opinions taken into consideration.
Nominated alongside Stockport Homes and Switchee are Orbit, Southampton City Council and CLC Contractors. The winner will be chosen at an awards ceremony in Stratford-upon-Avon on 25 January 2022 at the NHMF conference.
Jenny Osbourne, Stockport Homes’ Chair of the Board, said:
“I’m pleased to have been shortlisted for our collaboration with Switchee. We are committed to ensuring all our tenants have access to the latest in Smart technology. We also prioritise making sure our tenants’ voices are heard and they are involved in decisions that impact their lives. It is a privilege to be recognised for these efforts.”
