RSM UK advises IdentityE2E on sale to leading consultancy provider

RSM UK has advised IdentityE2E on its sale to CACI Limited, marking another successful transaction in the software and technology industry.

UK-based IdentityE2E has specialists with over 30 years’ industry experience in cloud-based solutions, biometrics integration, quality assurance and testing, cyber security, technical architecture and telecoms. It has a proven track record of supporting Critical National Infrastructure projects and being a trusted partner for clients across the public and private sector.

Headquartered in London and part of CACI International, a business with over $9bn market cap and 25,000 staff, CACI is a leading data and technology solutions company. Its vast range of consultancy services include business intelligence, cloud infrastructure, digital transformation, data science and analytics, and logistics and supply chain. Its client base spans central government as well as a variety of commercial customers in many different industries. More specifically, CACI UK has significant expertise in software engineering and data analytics within the defence, national security and critical national infrastructure space.

The acquisition will allow IdentityE2E and CACI to bring together their resources to provide scalable solutions to its clients. It will position the combined business to be at the forefront of the biometric and cloud consultancy industry, delivering unparalleled expertise, innovative products and a strong foundation for future growth.

RSM UK advised the shareholders of IdentityE2E in the transaction, led by corporate finance partner Clodagh Tunney, with support from Lucy Roberts, Grace Cox and Jeeva Gurumoorthy. Richard Hunt, Tom Hopwood, and Sophie Ovenden of Addleshaw Goddards provided legal advice.
