RADA Business expands their coaching portfolio with a high performance team coaching programme

RADA Business builds on the work of the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art – a global leader in its field – to deliver world-class business transformation programmes and coaching for organisations and individuals. This autumn sees RADA Business expand their existing coaching portfolio.

High Performance Team Coaching is a top-level offering, designed to transform collective behaviours; build teams that are connected, collaborative and courageous; as well as empowering individuals to lead with greater confidence and credibility. The programme centres around a blended approach of one-to-one and group modules, equipping clients with the skills and techniques to earn trust and inspire others to follow them, both within their organisation and in going to market.

This coaching programme sits alongside RADA Business’s flagship-coaching programme, Elite Performance Coaching, for high-potential, executive leaders going through a significant career transition or driving complex change within an organisation. Participants will utterly transform their business performance, learning how to confidently lead at the highest level, to empower and inspire those around them, whilst also mastering the ability to flexibly lead through periods of significant challenge and change.

Both programmes benefit from blended specialisms drawn from across RADA Business, and offer flexibility of design to respond to changing needs of clients. Areas of focus may include strategic consultancy, behaviour and culture change, leadership, media performance and executive coaching.

Other programmes within RADA Business’s coaching portfolio include Communication Skills Coaching, a programme which helps individuals build their confidence and enhance their ability to communicate effectively. The programme equips participants with vocal and physical techniques for enhanced impact, as they develop a toolkit of skills to call upon when engaging with others, for example when presenting, in meetings or in an interview.

Performance Coaching Programme is the final offering in the coaching portfolio, designed to equip emerging leaders and senior managers with the skills and techniques to flex their leadership style, ensuring they can be confident and effective in any situation. Participants will also gain valuable insights into their current performance, whilst developing powerful behavioural skills to take their leadership style to the next level.
