The Amazon team in Manchester was recently treated to a summer party as a thank you for their great work in delivering for customers.

Amazon team members were joined by their family and friends at the outdoor celebration at Haydock Racecourse that featured a DJ, face painting, and a mini sports day event.

They were joined at the event by colleagues from Amazon’s fulfilment centres in Warrington and Bolton.

Ian Jackson, Site Leader at Amazon in Manchester, said:

“We all had such a great afternoon, and it was fantastic to see so many team members having fun with their friends and families. Everyone enjoyed party games, good food and great company. I’d like to thank our team and their families for coming along and making it a brilliant day.”

Leanne Wilkinson, receptionist at Amazon Manchester attended the event. She added:

“It was great to be able to bring my family along to celebrate our success – we had good food, plenty of laughs and fantastic company.”
