After Will Smith slapped Chris Rock on stage at the Oscars, bookies aren’t convinced it will be a relationship ender, backing them to star in a film together in the not-too-distant future.

Irish bookmaker Paddy Power have priced the Hollywood duo as short as 3/1 to appear in a film together by 2025, suggesting the feud was far from serious.

Smith’s ‘Bad Boy’ act shouldn’t scupper his chances of future Oscars success either, as he is as short as 5/4 to receive another Academy Award by 2025 – with the comedian a much longer 20/1 to win one over the same period.

The two are expected to behave like ‘Grown Ups’, though, with the likelihood of a second public attack on Rock priced at a lengthy 100/1.

Punters can also get the same long odds that Smith and Rock to settle their feud in the boxing ring by the end of the year.

If the fight were to go ahead, Smith’s experience of playing Muhammad Ali sees him as the 1/10 favourite to come out victorious against Rock (5/1). But, the former Fresh Prince is far more likely to get the gloves on to reprise his role of the boxing icon by 2025 (12/1).

In his pursuit for revenge, the Oscars host is 10/1 to release a diss track by the end of 2022 but it’s unlikely that Smith will be Getting’ Jiggy Wit It.

Worst case scenario, the Oscars decide to take action – for once – the Han-cock is 50/1 to have his award rescinded and 80/1 to be banned from next years’ ceremony.
