Manchester solicitor Andrew Twambley has today been named as the President of the Britflix Power 100 list.

The list being assembled by UK film news site Brit Flix will be an annual list of the 100 most powerful and influential Film and TV figures in the UK.

Twambley the CEO of InjuryLawyers4u will be charged with the responsibility of overseeing the judging panel of the list and “presiding over all executive decisions” according to a statement by list organisers UKPower100.

Lewis Drazen of UK Power 100 welcomed Twambley’s appointment telling us “The board and myself are pleased to be welcoming Andrew into the Power 100 family.”

Drazen added: “With The Britflix Power 100 list we needed someone with sound judgement and an acute understanding of film but without close contacts to the industry that would raise conflicts of interest.”
