Pauline Muswere-Enagbonma, Group Chief Executive of Jessamy Care Group and founder of The Convening House, has been invited to collaborate with Women Who Scale, SCALE and NatWest Accelerator to help female founders strengthen their pitches, build confidence and prepare for their next stage of growth.

Female founders will come together in Manchester on 11th November for a practical pitching event designed to help them communicate their business propositions, receive feedback from experienced panellists and connect with fellow entrepreneurs.

Brought together by Pauline Muswere-Enagbonma in collaboration with Women Who Scale, SCALE and NatWest Accelerator, the event will provide a supportive environment for women preparing to pitch, with expert input, opportunities to practise and feedback to help them move forward.

The event also sits alongside the development of Founder Intelligence™, a wider programme created by Pauline through The Convening House. Planned for public launch in January 2027, the programme is being developed for founders of all genders and focuses on the judgement, decision-making, governance and organisational capabilities needed to lead a business as it grows.

Built around four principles , Think, Decide, Govern, Evolve, Founder Intelligence™ reflects Pauline’s own leadership journey and 16 months of deliberate learning and reflection. Its central premise is that building a business and developing the capabilities to lead it sustainably are related, but distinct, disciplines.

Pauline Muswere-Enagbonma, Group Chief Executive of Jessamy Care Group, said:

“Founders are often taught how to start businesses, secure investment and communicate their vision. Far less attention is given to what happens when the business grows beyond the founder’s capacity to personally carry every decision.

I came to understand that building a business and becoming the leader capable of governing it are two different disciplines. That realisation led me through 16 months of deliberate learning, questioning and restructuring how I approached leadership.

Founder Intelligence™ emerged from that experience. Built around four disciplines, Think, Decide, Govern, Evolve, it challenges founders to develop the judgement, governance and organisational maturity that sustainable growth demands.”

Libbie Thomson, NatWest Accelerator Community Manager, added:

“We are delighted to support Women Who Scale in bringing its first event to Manchester. This pitching event will provide female founders with additional support and confidence, which I know from experience is needed and valued.

The North West is thriving, and through collaboration with Women Who Scale, NatWest Accelerator and the NatWest She Scales team, we’ve designed a great day of expert content, selected panellists, a safe space to practise pitches, gain valuable feedback and, of course, network.”

Amy Knight, Chief Communications Officer at SCALE and Co-Founder of Women Who Scale, said:

“Too many brilliant female founders walk into a pitch with a strong, scalable business and walk out without the investment they deserve. They may be prepared to deliver a powerful pitch, but not for the questions that come afterwards, some of which we know are gender-biased.

That’s why Women Who Scale is partnering with Pauline and NatWest Accelerator on this session. Pauline knows what it takes to grow a business that creates impact and legacy as well as profit. Her Founder Intelligence system will give female founders the tools to lead their businesses into the next phase of fundraising. Women Who Scale exists to open doors for female founders, and this collaboration will help more of them walk through.”

The event takes place on 11th November 2026 at NatWest Accelerator, 1 Spinningfields Square, Manchester, M3 3AP.
