A man has been arrested at the Abraham Moss Metrolink stop after a ticket machine was tampered with.

Shortly after 8.30am on Wednesday police were called by KeolisAmey Metrolink’s Security Manager who had detained a man.

Officers from the TravelSafe Partnership (TSP) attended and arrested a 57-year-man on suspicion of theft. He has since been released under investigation.
