LEVEN Manchester – the design-led icon in the heart of Manchester’s Village district is elevating the guest experience and introducing a brand-new in room dining experience. In partnership with MAYA – one of Manchester’s hottest drinking and dining destinations, an imaginative menu, allows guests the opportunity to enjoy their favourite MAYA nibble in bed.

Dinner can be a reflective time, a moment to unwind and savour the quiet little things, so for guests looking for peace and quiet, the new in-room dining menu is an opportunity to enjoy in the privacy of their own room – be it for a relaxing supper or, equally for guests yearning the dinner party vibe, the new menu is ideal to invite friends or work colleagues in and enjoy a dinner party!

No run-of-the-mill room service menu at LEVEN, innovative dishes available include the likes of Manchester Gin cured salmon, pickled jalapeño, crispy lime quinoa, compressed cucumber, borage; Salt-baked beetroots, pumpkin seed pesto; Pork Iberico Secreto, chimichurri sauce, roasted piquillo peppers, to good old classics like Aged MAYA smashed burger, burger sauce recipe, pickles, little gem, tomato, skin-on fries, or a 400g Dry-Aged ribeye steak, Café de Paris sauce and fries.

The new in-room dining menu, is available between Tuesday to Saturday, 6.00 pm – 9.00 pm from immediate effect.

Besides the new in room dining concept, MAYA is now open for breakfast. Available seven days a week from 7.30am – 12 noon, Monday to Friday and 7.30 – 10.30am, Saturday and Sunday. A continental breakfast buffet, including juices and tea/coffee, followed by one hot dish from the kitchen, cooked to order is priced at just £16.00 for LEVEN guests!
