Leading Manchester-based event management company, the Taylor Lynn Corporation (www.tlc-ltd.co.uk), has turned its creative skills to assist leading international restaurant chain San Carlo, in creating an Italian Garden outdoor dining room at their restaurant in Hale.

As hospitality reopens today, TLC has completed the transformation of an existing dining terrace into a 100-seat Italian Garden at celebrity hot-spot, San Carlo Fiorentina. Over a four-day period, a TLC team of 30 people has erected a large marquee at the site, that complies with all Covid guidelines, and added nine metres of additional dining space to the existing patio to allow for socially spaced tables. In the centre stands a stunning 14-foot blossom tree, whilst the other areas have been dressed with 14-foot high vases of yellow forsythia, an abundance of lush greenery and a combination of coloured terracotta urns. Theatrical lighting has been installed by way of festoons with decorative bulbs, that have also been dropped into the trees. Practical patio heaters are in abundance plus guests have the opportunity to purchase cosy pashminas, which in accordance with the Covid-rules will be taken home.

Originally TLC was hired to develop a temporary dining patio at the restaurant, until the Government roadmap out of lockdown allows indoor dining once again. But so impressed are owners, that they are hoping to keep the Italian Garden for dining and events as far ahead as Christmas.
