Add milk, water & Masala Chai to a pan

Add two cups of water and one cup of milk. Then add two tablespoons of our Masala Chai mix.

Bring to a boil and simmer for 3-5 minutes

Stir and ladle often, scraping the bottom of the pan to give your Chai love and care, and to prevent sticking.

Add sweetener to your liking, strain and serve
Everyone has their preference, but we recommend one to two tablespoons per cup. Then simply pour through your chai strainer.

Benefits of chai

It contains cinnamon which may support your heart

Cinnamon has long been studied for its effects on heart health. Precisely, it’s thought to help lower the amounts of bad cholesterol in the body, while also reducing blood pressure.

Nausea-fighting ginger is a key ingredient

Ginger has been used to help combat feelings of nausea for hundreds of years and is thought to be especially beneficial for pregnant women suffering from morning sickness.

Its high-protein levels may help you stave off hunger pangs

Chai is much more filling than most other teas thanks to its liberal use of milk. Whether you go for dairy or you make an alternative milk version, both are excellent sources of protein, which has been known to promote feelings of fullness.

Press Release

Chai Guys officially launch in Planet Organic

Chai Guys, an authentic chai company based in London, has signed its biggest retail deal to date and officially launched in the famous quality supermarket Planet Organic.

Chai Guys, which was established by Gabriel Unger and Abhilash Jobanputra in 2019, have cafes situated in Shoreditch’s prestigious Spitalfields Market and Covent Garden’s Seven Dials Market and have been a huge hit with newbies and chai aficionados alike. They’ve become well regarded across London as the go-to place to buy authentic chai – a drink they claim is far superior to the westernised powdered chai lattes.

Chai Guys, who dub themselves as the brand that sells “Probably the best chai in London”, also run a fully-fledged ecommerce shop for those who want to make their own chai at home and have a growing base of wholesale customers keen to add authentic chai to their cafe’s menu.
