House of Negroni, the lifestyle brand co-owned and led by Giancarlo Mancino, Ivan Suardi and Giorgio Vallesi, is making its UK debut this September with an exclusive month-long residency at Brooklands Bar at The Peninsula London. Founded by a group of friends united by their passion for the iconic Negroni cocktail, the brand celebrates the culture, craftsmanship and lifestyle surrounding the aperitivo classic.
Centred around its luxury canned Negronis, House of Negroni has been conceived as a cultural and lifestyle platform that extends far beyond the world of cocktails. Bringing together exceptional drinks, design, luxury merchandise and hospitality, the brand comes
to life through collaborations with leading bars, hotels and cultural destinations around the world.
Running from 1st to 30th September, the residency will transform Brooklands Bar’s private room into an immersive House of Negroni experience, celebrating the enduring appeal of Italy’s most iconic cocktail through a curated blend of cocktails, gastronomy, design
and culture.
Guests will be invited to discover six original interpretations of the Negroni, each offering a distinctive expression of the celebrated classic.
The menu includes the Negroni 1919, a quintessentially Italian interpretation of the original recipe, crafted with equal parts Mancino Vermouth Rosso Amaranto, Portofino Dry Gin and Carpano Botanic Bitter. For a lighter, more refreshing serve, the
Rosé Negroni combines Regal Rogue Wild Rosé Australian Aperitif, Sipsmith London Dry Gin and Rinomato Bitter Scuro, delivering delicate floral notes and a vibrant seasonal profile. Created exclusively for the residency, the
Brooklands Negroni offers a richer, more autumnal expression. Crafted with Mancino Kopi Vermouth, Regal Rogue Lively White Australian Aperitif, Brooklands Gin and Rinomato L’Aperitivo Deciso, it layers notes of orange and coffee for a complex and distinctive
finish.
Completing the line-up is the Bianco, a bone-dry, low-ABV interpretation of the Negroni. Lighter in strength yet full of character, it delivers elegant floral notes through a blend of Strucchi Bitter Bianco, Strucchi Dry, Rinomato Americano Bianco and
Sipsmith London Dry Gin. Joining it is First Slice, a complex, seasonally inspired Negroni that captures the flavours of the festive season, layered with rich panettone and tutti frutti notes. Crafted with Carpano Antica Formula, Lazzaroni Panettone
and Bitter Brandy Tutti Frutti, it offers a decadent twist on the classic serve.
Rounding off the collection is Oggi No!, an elegant alcohol-free interpretation of the Negroni, combining Everleaf Forest, Everleaf Mountain, Sipsmith FreeGlider and Sanbittèr to deliver a sophisticated, full-flavoured drinking experience without the
alcohol.
Alongside the cocktail menu, guests will also have the opportunity to sample two House of Negroni signature canned serves – the
HON Canned Negroni and its non-alcoholic counterpart, the HON Canned Nogroni.
To complement the drinks offering, Brooklands Bar will serve a selection of artisanal pizzettes, including the
Pesto Verde with basil pesto, caramelised macadamia and buffalo mozzarella; the vegan
Puttanesca with tomato, black olive, capers, chilli, lemon and parsley; the
Bresaola & Rocket with beef bresaola, rocket and feta; and the Anchovy with anchovy, artichoke and buffalo mozzarella.
Beyond food and drink, guests can explore the House of Negroni Shop, featuring a curated collection of branded apparel, hats, accessories and lifestyle pieces. The retail offering reflects the wider vision behind House of Negroni – an independent cultural platform
exploring the intersection of hospitality, fashion, art, music, travel and design through the lens of one of the world’s most iconic cocktails.
The residency also marks the beginning of an exciting new chapter for the brand. Later in September, House of Negroni will unveil its first permanent venue with the opening of the House of Negroni Rooftop Bar at the newly launched Falkensteiner Hotel in Salò,
overlooking Lake Garda.
