Whether you’re already on the property ladder or are renting and saving for your dream house, finding your ‘forever home’ can feel like a daunting task. The research shows that Brits are likely to move house on average every 12 years, with this decreasing to just two years in Nottingham, Norwich and Bristol. But which cities are you most likely to find your forever home?
New research by Bequest assessed the best UK cities to find a permanent abode based on a variety of factors including the average number of years homeowners stay, average house price and the value change over 10 years, alongside the quality of schools, crime levels and number of GPs.
