A hugely popular beach in Kent is Margate the Bay. The Bay is sandy and lined with a promenade. There is an amusement arcade and donkey rides, as well as plenty of facilities including cafes, shops, children’s play area, toilets and deck chair hire.

Whitecliff Bay, Isle Of Wight
Whitecliff Bay is a sandy bay near Foreland which is the easternmost point of the Isle of Wight, England about 2 miles south-west of Bembridge and just to the north of Culver Down. It is a tourist site (the location of a holiday park), has a popular beach with two hundred metres of sand and shingle, and minimal facilities including 2 cafes.

Nearby are the Orcombe rocks, which is a famous spot for fossils. The large seaside caravan resort at Sandy Bay is owned by Haven Holidays and is called Devon Cliffs.
