Geese have shared a new track + video called “Jesse,” the first taste of the aptly titled ‘4D Country’ – the extra-multidimensional companion EP to their acclaimed sophomore album ‘3D Country,’ which came out earlier this year via Partisan/Play It Again Sam.

The news arrives ahead of stretch of UK shows this September – final remaining tickets are on sale now.

The smooth and soulful track fuses fragments from across the classic rock pantheon, offering a showcase for frontman Cameron Winter’s acrobatic vocals. It’s a sound that is wholly the band’s own, as they paint a picture of a newer, weirder America. Winter says

“”Jesse’”started as a really fast song, then morphed into a slower, psych-ier, more soulful track. It got left off of the album because we didn’t feel like there was a good place for it, but we’ve always really enjoyed playing it live.”

‘4D Country’ will feature three additional new songs as well as an expanded version of ‘3D Country’ title track, and will be released on October 13. The announcement comes ahead of the band’s first-ever global tour, which kicked off this week in the UK and goes through the remainder of 2023. Full routing below.

‘4D Country’ will be available digitally, as well as on 10” vinyl. The 10” will be exclusively available on the band’s tour dates, and to Partisan Record Club subscribers.
