Are you a self-declared Cricket expert? Or perhaps you know a Cricket super fan? Well, either way we have some good news for you as the Cricket Experts at Sportsboom.com are officially on the hunt for a professional Cricket Watcher.

Ahead of the Asia Cup Final, Sportsboom are looking for a Cricket enthusiast to be paid almost £40 (39.06) an hour to simply sit back and watch the game, from the comfort of their own couch, their local bar, or wherever the lucky employee would prefer.

The only job requirement is simple too. All the candidates must do is have a genuine interest in the sport, but it is even better if they love it!

The Asia Cup will commence on the 30th of August when Pakistan competes against Nepal. The Final of the tournament will be held on 17th September.

However, this role will only run for the final game on September 17th with the chosen candidate be paid a handsome £39.06 per hour to watch the highly anticipated final game and keep track of the top-scoring players for each team.

Since the game usually runs for nine hours, Sportsboom have added an hour on for overtime – meaning the chosen Cricket aficionado will be paid £396.04 overall for just ten hours of ‘work’.

This data will help Sportsboom to formulate future data surrounding large scale cricket competitions ahead of the World Cup – so be sure to keep an eye out for future job openings if you don’t land the dream gig this time around!

In order to apply, there are just three steps:

Fill out the application form with 50-100 words making your case as to why you are the best applicant.
Be able to note the players who score for each team.
It is also preferable that the chosen candidate has a passion for the sport or previous knowledge, however, it is not a requirement.
There is one catch though, all applicants must be over 18.
