Crosstown has introduced two new seasonal, vegan-friendly doughnuts to their line-up – Peach & English Sparkling Rosé and Apricot & Thyme. A nod to British Summer Time, the two flavours feature their award-winning vegan sourdough, fresh stone fruits and compotes made in-house by their talented team of bakers, both finished with a delicious crumble.

Peach & English Sparkling Rosè (ve) – Crosstown’s vegan sourdough, filled with peach compote and topped with a rosé wine glaze, then finished with homemade vanilla crumble.

Both the compote and glaze feature Gusbourne’s award-winning English Sparkling Rosé. Made in the Kent countryside from a blend of estate-grown Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Pinot Meunier, this award-winning wine is blush pink in appearance, with notes of soft summer berries, including ripe strawberries, fresh cherries and redcurrants.

Apricot & Thyme (ve) – Crosstown’s vegan sourdough, filled with a vanilla-macerated apricot compote, then dipped in a creamy apricot glaze before being finished with a lemon olive oil & thyme crumble.
