With the days of Christmas (almost) behind us, the time of year where you don’t know what day it is, your seat on the sofa is becoming a little too permanent, and the leftovers are running low is upon us, but not to fear! Bill’s have plans to spruce up the limbo between Christmas and New Years Eve, alas the Crimbo Limbo brunch…

To celebrate the Crimbo Limbo this year, Bill’s are extending their weekend brunch menu and bottomless brunch offering, to be available from Tuesday 26th December – Monday 1st January. On the brunch menu, highlights include The Big Cheese Ultimate Brunch Burger, Buttermilk Chicken Pancake Stack, Brunch Shawarma and The Plant Plate and can be ordered between 11am-5.30pm.

Brunch also can be stepped up to the next level with the addition of bottomless prosecco (available from an additional £18.50) or bottomless cocktail options of the White peach & strawberry Bellini, Aperol Spritz, Sunrise Mimosa, Bloody Mary and the Rosé Spritz (available from an additional £23.50), which can also be mixed and matched, so no need to stick to the same cocktail each time.

Moving on to New Years Eve, with the biggest night of the year just around the corner, the team at Bill’s have pulled out all the stops to help ring in 2024! For only £29.95, guests can enjoy two courses (main and dessert) and a cocktail, and add on an additional course for £5. Irresistible starters include the King Prawn Cocktail or Spiced Celeriac Soup. Main course favourites are Truffle Chicken, Chargrilled 8oz Rump Steak (supplement of £3) or the delightful Santa’s Burger Stack. To finish off the evening dessert highlights include the ultimate profiterole sharer for 2 people, perfect to end the year with a delectable treat!

The menu also comes with a selection of three carefully curated cocktails, for some true celebratory vibes… Including the Candy Cane Crush with Absolut Vanilia Vodka and mint & grenadine syrup, pink milk topped with cream & a sprinkling of glitter. Also on the drinks menu this Christmas, is the Apple N Spice with Jameson Whiskey, mixed with mulled spices, cloudy apple & Sicilian lemon juice, and the Cherry Berry Bramble with Plymouth Gin, cherry syrup, cranberry juice, lemon & blackberry shaken over ice, both available with non-alcoholic alternatives.
