BrightHR were crowned ‘Best HR Management Solution 2021′ by SME News at the annual Northern Enterprise Awards.

The awards are designed to represent innovative, driven, and pioneering businesses and individuals, in the North of England.

He says: “Since the pandemic began, BrightHR has taken major steps to ensure small businesses had access to the support they needed to protect their people, customers and businesses.

“When our customers’ needs changed overnight in 2020 due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we had to respond fast, and we created a full suite of brand-new innovative software to help employers manage new government guidelines and workplace regulations.

“This January, we launched VaccTrak, an online vaccine tracker which has recorded 120,000 vaccination statuses in the UK meaning that almost 13,000 businesses have been able to open safely. And we recently launched Bright Lightning- the UK’s first HR AI platform, powered by a team of 50 plus HR experts, with over 30 years’ experience, completely free of charge.

“By offering employers such innovative products, we’ve been able to retain clients and attract new business. We’ve taken on over 17,000 new companies in 2021, with global business increasing from 54,336 to 71,696.

“We continue to innovate and react to market demands, recently launching Bright Exchange, an online marketplace where clients can advertise their services and products for free.
