Don your rosé-tinted-glasses and transport yourself to a corner of Provence in the heart of Manchester this summer at The Anthologist Manchester by Drake & Morgan’s New Mirabeau Rosé Terrace. The space has been transformed into a pretty-in-pink enclave with summer florals, plus there’s a new limited-edition Mirabeau Endless Lunch. Available every Saturday & Sunday throughout July & August, the experience includes a Mirabeau G&T on arrival followed by two hours of free-flowing Mirabeau Pure Provence Rosé, alongside a generous selection of sharing dishes.

Relax on the elegant terrace decorated with delicate natural flowers and let the rosé flow as you indulge in an unforgettable feast, perfectly matched to the Mirabeau. Oh so chic sharing plates include the likes of tomato and mozzarella arancini; spiced cauliflower bites; grilled seabass; burrata and truffle tortellini; and chicken breast with polenta and blistered tomatoes. Sides are served to share too, such as refreshing summer greens, tomato salad, and mint-buttered new potatoes. Don’t forget dessert: finish on a sweet note with a strawberry cheesecake sundae.

Priced at £60 per person, the Endless Lunch includes two hours of bottomless Mirabeau Pure Provence Rosé, a welcome Mirabeau G&T and selection of summer sharing dishes.
