BLOSSOMS ANNOUNCE DETAILS OF A 5 NIGHT MANCHESTER RESIDENCY ACROSS 5 DIFFERENT VENUES IN NOVEMBER

Blossoms have announced details of a 5-night Manchester live residency between 19 – 23 November. The residency, which starts at Manchester Academy on 19 November, will also include gigs at O2 Ritz, Albert Hall, O2 Victoria Warehouse and O2 Apollo. Tickets are on sale at 9.30am here on 20 September and the band will play songs from their new album Gary, as well as a selection of greatest hits and fan favourites. Full details are listed below.

Speaking about the Manchester residency, Blossoms say: “We wanted to do something special with the Manchester shows for this run of gigs. We played each one of these venues on our way up, so it’s great after our Wythenshawe Park show to go and do these venues and remember where everything started for us. It’s a love letter of shows to the city! We can’t wait x.”

Blossoms recently played their biggest headline gig to date, a sold-out show to 30,000 people at Manchester’s Wythenshawe Park. The band’s previously announced UK tour dates for October and November are nearly sold out, with only a few tickets left at a handful of the shows (see full details below and on Blossoms’ website).

Set for release this Friday, Blossoms’ new album Gary is produced by the band’s long-time collaborator James Skelly of The Coral, alongside Jungle’s Josh-Lloyd Watson, who produced What Can I Say After I’m Sorry? and Nightclub. CMAT has also co-written two tracks on the album, I Like Your Look and Why Do I Give You The Worst Of Me? The band have released three singles from the album to date – Perfect Me, Gary, and What Can I Say After I’m Sorry?, which received great support across radio (Radio 1, Radio 2, Radio X, Absolute) and playlists on streaming platforms (Summer Indie, Indie List, Antidote, ALT CTRL).
