British fashion designer Bella Freud and LA based stylist Karla Welch have teamed up to launch a line of limited edition charity T-shirts, showcasing the works of artists including Ellen Gallagher, Beatriz Milhazes and Annie Morris, with all proceeds going to the East Los Angeles Women’s Center in the US and Southall Black Sisters in the UK.

Welch commented on Instagram ‘At the beginning of lockdown, @bella_freud reached out to me with an ask… How can we help? Who can we help? We decided that rounding up some artists and making tees and donating ALL the money was one of the things that WE could do. So here we are…. As another iconic artist ( margiela ) once said “a tee shirt can’t save the world, but it’s a start”… we are both incredibly proud to bring these to you!!’.
