Top London agency Aston Chase have announced the appointment of both Howard Kayman and Simon Rosenblatt as Associate Directors.

Howard has worked at Aston Chase for 22 years in the House Sales Department and Simon for 12 years in the Flats Sales Department during which time they have both become widely recognised within the industry as leading brokers in their respective fields.

Furthermore, both Simon and Howard have achieved exceptional charitable feats throughout their time at Aston Chase reflecting the ethos of the company and the importance of giving back.

Howard Kayman joined Aston Chase in 1997 and is renowned for his work ethic, negotiating skills and has forged close relationships with many of the firm’s repeat clients. Howard is a passionate charity fundraiser and in 2010 he unwittingly set a Guinness World Record for solo 24-hour endurance karting and, in the process, raised over £30,000 for Help for Heroes. Howard has also participated in a number of Norwood Cycling challenges, from North to South of Israel, Myanmar and San Francisco to Los Angeles in addition to which, he runs the Norwood Cycling Club.

Simon Rosenblatt joined Aston Chase in 2007. During his tenure he has handled the sale and acquisition of properties worth in excess of £800M with a number of record sales figures achieved. Simon is highly regarded as a personable, tenacious and hardworking broker and in addition to his role at Aston Chase, he too is a dedicated fundraiser for Norwood having participated in 4 Marathons, 12 Half Marathons and various international bike rides. He also Co-Chairs the annual Norwood Poker 100 tournament which routinely raises in excess of £50,000 for the charity.
